Update to catalog index (Catalog index database) failed

Backup Exec CatErrorHandler Server / Id: 34327

Issue:- You willl keep on getting the error event ID "Backup Exec CatErrorHandler Server / Id: 34327" in windows Event viewer.

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue

1. Stop the Backup Exec services
2. Open a cmd prompt to folder "C:\Program Files\veritas\Backup Exec\" (Backup Exec installation folder).
3. Issue the following command:   catrebuildindex -r
 Note: Catrebuildindex could take sometime.

4. Start the Backup Exec services.
