VEEAM job stuck at Stopping status

Issue:- Sometimes Veeam backup jobs stuck at running status without any data transfer rate due to some ambiguous conditions (eg: VM/Proxy server/vCenter/snapshot creation/communication are stopped working all of sudden).

Steps to resolve the issue:-

1. Try to cancel the Backup job.
2. If the job cancelled then all good.
3. If not and backup job stuck at stopping status then follow Stpe4.
4. Restart the Veeam Backup service when no jobs are in running staus.
5. It should resolve the issue if not then reboot the Backup server.
6. Re-run the backup job or wait for next schedule.
